First roundabout in northeastern Kentucky confuses drivers.
Roughly 4,000 cars pass through the intersection at routes 60 and 801 in Rowan County every day. Soon, it'll be replaced with a mini roundabout, designed to enhance safety and traffic flow.

CPL Douglas Chrysler Good Query! I Don't Know. I was Quite Familiar with the Concept from My Tour in London from 84 to 87. Now they have really come into Fashion in the KC Metro. Definitely in Johnson County.

Not a roundabout but a confusing traffic exchange near Watson, Indiana. Initially the highway department put up a sign similar to this diagram but after a couple of weeks took it down and put up town signs on each road.
