Unfortunately far too many have given next to nothing--or worse, they've stolen from those who did the most . . .

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. It's up to us to honor the memories of those who have given their lives that we may be free.

SGT Steve McFarland - I had the Honor of sharing my last dust-off with my Platoon Sergeant who was KIA. That memory is 53 years old now, but still sharp and clear.

My biggest wish is to see the Wall before I die but with my age and bad health now I know I never will. I cant travel anymore. One of my sons bought me a book about the wall and that's my favorite book. I still think of my friends who didn't comeback and if I hadn't wavered jump school I would have been with them with the 173rd Airborne. Its been 53 yrs now and I still cry every time I think of it.
