Not surprising since it was 2 blocks from Rice University. Drove by yesterday, and it is still shuttered. My favorite Chinese Restaurant wa just down the block from the Chinese Embassy.

Just wondering, apparently some restaurants that their "diplomatic" staff like to frequent are heavily monitored, and not by the US.
