The young bear climbed up a utility pole in Arizona and then got stuck.

The animal could have been electrocuted if not for the power company employees, who cut off supply to the pole and helped coax the bear back down.

Close call, almost unBEARable. We've had squirrels and coons get on the transformer. The blow-out breaker goes bang, and gravity takes care of the now-dead critter. 1200 VAC on the high side is pretty powerful.
