SFC (Join to see) They shouldn't have to take this to Court... the Military Unit that contracted them should have been able to resolve the issues. IMO.
This is the latest in a string of lawsuits filed by dozens of military families who have alleged problems with mold, water intrusion, rodents and insect infestation, and many other problems with their military housing, and have alleged repeated frustration in trying to get landlord companies to fix the problems.

SFC (Join to see) Long Past Due to Address these problems, Bad enough When We had Ancient Housing Rife with Asbestos and Other Hazmat, Some Built on top of Ammo Dumps. Then someone in their "Infinite" Wisdom Privatized the System Further Complicating the Issues. Then Trump went and Used the Money to Correct this Problem to Hand to His Buddies Making His "I Love Me Wall" On Our Southern Border!
