MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. this situation probably has a major backstory.

CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana nothing has changed. The lower rank still gets hammered, discredited, and left with NO life to speak of and the higher rank will end up with a promotion and command duties.

CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana in 40 years some things do not change. The lower rank gets hammered to the ground and the higher rank will get to do great things.

PO3 Phyllis Maynard, where's the equality in such antiquated actions and; shouldn't there be legislation to upgrade it?

CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana look, all I am saying is the punishment should have been the same or equitable. If the lower rank got busted in rank and jail, then the senior officer should have received the same. And if the senior officer is getting counseling and maintaining a career, then it should have been the same for the lesser rank. Hence, what is the back story or coverup?
