OK lets see. The courts ruled Trump used veterans funds illegally. He also lost a case in regards to his fake university and was ordered to reimburse all the students who paid many thousands for that fake course. The Trump corporation was working with the Chinese government to develop Indonesia during the trade war. He also makes money off the MAGA hats. He received free advertisement for his caps when he wore it in public as the president. He also promised to show his tax documents while he was running for office, but his tune changed when he became POTUS.

Biden’s lies about his education, demonstrating for civil rights , getting arrested while visiting Mandela to name a few lies. Then we have Biden writing laws for credit card companies that screwed consumers dwhile dear Hunter was on the Board of directors for MBNA.

As to why it was not investigated - DOJ could not pursue the case as there is long standing policy at the DOJ that prohibits department officials from taking any actions that would/could affect an election or give an advantage or disadvantage to any candidate or political party.
Regardless of laptop there are numerous well documented examples of Hunter Biden's lack of judgement. This is the guy who Joe Biden calls the smartest guy he knows.
1) crackhead - self admission (uses woe is me - addict defense) yet was kicked out of Navy Reserves for doing coke way back in 2014.
2) slept with his dead brother's wife while still married to his wife - email on old iPad found by ex-wife.
3) Denied having a child with a DC stripper, Lunden Alexis Roberts, only to admit he got her pregnant while he was still sleeping with his dead brother's wife. Settled the paternity case for $2.5 million and monthly payments - Grandpa Joe has never met his grandchild.
and so on.
I can only imagine the MSM's pursuit and coverage if this would had been a different president's son.
