Let the fun begin. It is my understanding that gang members out number cops 9 to 1. I am sure the gang members will stop killing each other because a mental health guy will show up.

I used to teach Management of Assaultive Behavior for Emergency Personnel in California. The biggest danger will be access to firearms, people will get shot.
