'Botched': Arizona GOP's ballot count ends, troubles persist

CPT Jack Durish The AP is pretty accurate. To be clear, they are still putting together their findings but at this point they don't even have credibility the the Republicans AZ legislature.

To be clear, when I say nothing compelling found, they 'botched' the thing so badly at this point there can't really be any compelling findings except for people who already believe.

The ballots are contaminated because they had people looking through them with blue pens (one of the colors used by voters, big no no), the majority of it has been paid for by Trump partisans, their counts didn't match the state's counts, the Republican liaisons have been locked out. Other notable AZ Republicans have distanced themselves.

Let's say for the sake of argument that the AZ election was rigged. Well this audit is messed up so that can't be relied on. Even worse, since they contaminated the chain of custody with the ballots (the people looking through them with blue pens in their possession) there can never be any future audits that rely on those ballots either because we can't say if they have been tampered with or not.
