I really liked this. If more leaders were to take the time to do as your Lt. Colonel did, just imagine the impact over time!

Thanks for the comments. That letter I received helped be get a civil engineer trainee position with PennDOT that ultimately shaped the engineer and manager that I became. The executive who hired me was a veteran who was impressed by it.
