Why should campaigns be allowed to donate their campaign money to nonprofits? Sometimes the law is just wrong in my opinion. I am sure Republicans have done this also.

Just another scam to avoid taxes. A donation is deductable. A contribution to avoid taxes is not charity.

The donation is a questionable use of PAC money that is why it is making a headline and Fox news will point out every flaw on the D side of the isle, just like the rest of MSM will look for the R side.
FEC violations seem to be common in all campaigns and because they are treated as a civil penalty most campaigns have 'friends' who established the PAC, so they do what they want with the PAC money.
