You can't steal your way to wealth in the Armed Forces and I am just surprised that people try it. Your going to get caught and whatever money you make off with.....your going to blow rather than put in a savings account for the future.

I do not condone theft but looking at the total Afghan situation with the HUGE loss of property, cash and facilities this is a drop in the bucket.
A public review of the GO(0-7-10) that signed off on just leaving major bases fully stocked should be done. A very good case of WILLFUL, GROSS or CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE could be made here.
