The 451st ESC’s equal opportunity team hosted a “U.S. Army Reserve Sisters In Arms” forum in observance of Women’s History Month at the command’s headquarters in Wichita, Kansas.
The forum provided local community members to meet and greet a strong and diverse panel of female Soldiers currently serving in the Army Reserve. The Army is dedicated to leveraging the strength of its diverse force and ensuring equal opportunity for all of its members.

Were the local JROTC cadets invited to this? If they were, I would have thought that there would have been more in attendance.

They absolutely were. All Wichita JROTC Instructors were aware and received multiple reminders from the JROTC Director.

Sir, I was the lead coordinator for the event but had a incredible team to help make the event happen for the Command and community.
