Disturbing but you must remember that other than for the fact we manufactured it, the equipment wasn't ours to deal with. It was either given to or bought by the Afghani military. Through all this we shouldn't forget that NO ONE expected the complete collapse of the Afghani military and government as we were withdrawing.
