Selective recording and setting people up...
This is something we should all be aware of. Whenever you are in public, be aware that someone maybe filming you

Lt Col Charlie Brown They tell us at school all the time to assume at any given time you are being recorded. In other words, anything you say can and will be used against you.

Sometimes it's nothing nefarious. I live in on post housing and was making a right turn on to my street. This dude was giving us a look so I rolled the window down only for him to yell and berate me about speeding. Now I have 4 young children and drive a minivan. Dude was way out of line and wouldn't stop yelling even though I was with my children and he was with his wife. Then he stated I don't live in the neighborhood and he did. The entire situation was laughable and I definitely should have recorded it because he was really aggressive and acted like he wanted to fight. What made it even funnier was if I step out of my front door and walked across the street I would be at his front door. I'm black and he was white, not that its important. I posted this story because sometimes people are assholes and think they can act and talk to people any kind of way. It's not selective recording or setting people up.

It burns me because when this happened, I wanted to know more context to the story. When the kid said ‘he didn’t do anything to the woman,” well what was the incident we’re referring too? At the end of the video, the woman heard saying “you’re walking in the neighborhood and started an argument with our neighbor.” Well…what was the argument about? I only say this because the Drill Sergeant in question was one my instructors when I was in the United States Army Drill Sergeant Academy and I can tell you for a fact that he’s not racist. As an instructor, he went above and beyond to teach us about what it means to be a Drill Sergeant. What things we need to be mindful of when training new recruits. This incident happened during our course and we never saw him again. I hated that fact he was railroaded because he didn’t deserve it and other facts about the kid were being considered. It was real bad situation and I hate how he was treated
