I’d say a former operator could be considered an expert on the matter… Aside from the CIA they’re probably the guys that deal with this losers the most..

I am sure there is some merit to what Kennedy says, but it is still the perspective and opinion of a single guy who, granted, has been close to the issue but not himself a Taliban member so there is a level of speculation in his comments. Sometimes it is difficult to see the forest when standing so close to the trees.
