This is one of those things that requires proof. Many people who write books tend to lie or give us a white lie to sell more copies. Take all the controversial things Bolton said about trump in his book. Doesn't make it truth or lies until we know.

NO!! Why?? Because Xl knew Trump was nuts and could of been planning a preemptive strike of his own. At lest Milley assured China that America would act with honor. Something Trump and his minions have nothing of.
