The border is NOT open, else you would not have all those people waiting under that bridge.

If you read the article, and many others, the people are on the U.S. Side of the border.

"Reuters witnessed hundreds of migrants wading through the Rio Grande river and BACK [emphasis mine] into Mexico to stock up on essentials they say they are not receiving on the American side."
"Migrants showed Reuters tickets with numbers they had received from U.S. Border Patrol."
Source: Alexander Ulmer, Reuters https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/sep/17/us-mexico-border-texas-migrants-bridge

“Our partners (US Customs and Border Protection) have advised us that shutting down ports of entry is no longer part of their strategy,”
"The majority are Haitian immigrants Texas DPS added. (Haitians who took the bait the DNC elite keeps putting in the bear trap. i.e. the Biden Administration's September 8, 2021 announcement that it will no longer operate deportation flights back to Haiti.) [Commentary mine].

That headline is certainly misleading. It's not just faux news that had their drones restricted, it's anybody that is flying a drone in that airspace. Is the NY Post owned by the same company/people who own faux news? Yes, Rupert Murdoch. So.....
“the Border Patrol requested the temporary flight restriction due to drones interfering with law enforcement flights on the border. As with any temporary flight restriction, media is able to call the FAA to make requests to operate in the area.”

"Poisoning the well" is debate by unsupported attacks on the credibility of the source, instead of dealing with the information reported. Have any other networks even attempted to report the information? Or use drones to capture images? Is 8,000-10,000 plus immigrants sheltering under a bridge on the U.S. side of the border not newsworthy? Is Fox News the only major news outlet that uses drones.? What more newsworthy events should I anticipate the major news networks using their drones? The thundering silence from other news outlets tells me tells me more about other major news outlets that are silent than it tells me about Fox news.

Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin told Tucker Carlson on Thursday night that he found the timing and location of the TFR “a little bit curious.” “I just want to point out, Fox News has been at the border for the better part of seven months now,” Melugin said. “We’ve been using the drone the entire time. It’s never been an issue. All of a sudden, the last 24 hours, we start showing these images at this bridge and a TFR goes up. We can no longer fly.”

It begs the question, is the Biden administration using a TFR to hamper freedom of the press. Traditionally, with the exception of permanently controlled airspace, drones and RC recreational craft have free reign under 400 feet. Are law enforcement flight ops operating below 400ft? If so why?

Where is charlie brown getting information that there is no enforced quarantine of immigrants who test positive? How does charlie know if they are vaccinated or not? We are not the only country doing vaccinations.
