New Army and Air Force body armor gets fielded to the 82nd Airborne Division

How cool is that.... I have to go read that.... is it bullet proof? I guess that's kind of the definition of armor. I wanted to see how much they weighed, but they come in different sizes, so different weights.

The MSV is pretty awesome. It's lighter, fits better, and has laser cut MOLLE slots. My only complaint is the plastic hook and pile tape wears oit faster then the cloth stuff.
