Let's keep our fingers crossed that we stand behind Israel. They have remained our staunch ally in spite all of we've done.

Interesting. Our Country takes it on the chin for deserting Afghanistan, and now it looks like we’ll desert Israel. I guess it doesn’t make much of a difference because our name is “Mud” around the world right now anyway. We always get what we vote for.

Except in this case, the reason it's been pulled from the one bill is to give it a greater chance of passing because there is strong bipartisan support for providing this aid to Israel. The ones who are against it are those who push for BDS and stripping Israel of defense support: Bernie, the Squad, et al.
