I'll admit that making this about the 2A is really stretching the point. But really, $600.00, in transactions, annually? Who wouldn't get a report filed? OVERREACH!

I agree that this isn't a 2A issue. What it definitely is, however, is a fourth amendment issue. Frankly, I'm astounded that this argument hasn't been made yet, or at least it hasn't been made by anyone I usually watch/listen.
