I find it interesting that the actual photographer that took the picture, Paul Ratjes said He did not even once see any border patrol agent whip anybody at any point He was present there including the scene in that picture. Here is another picture of a Border Patrol Officer talking with a Haitian Boy and its very apparent this was a positive experience for that boy which His smile certainly shows. It also very clear the Officer enjoyed talking to that young man also and certainly has control over the horse and is holding the reins . Of course the Liberal Left Democrats won't show that as it would be harder to lie about what was going on and mislead the public. Of course if anyone had the brains to actually look at the picture in this post from this angle its apparent those were reins and not even near the running man anyway.
