What happened to the US Navy I served in? I don't know WHO the hell is running things but what they are doing is beyond reprehensible.
THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING is ILLEGAL, not to mention unconstitutional. And I hope every single service person they remove and do this to, SUES THE CRAP OUT OF THEM.
This vaccine series HAS NOT BEEN CLEARED and is STILL LISTED AS EXPERIMENTAL. GO FREAKING LOOK IT UP.. I DID. THAT's why they have not made this a literal official order, because they legally CAN'T by their OWN MEDICAL REGULATIONS.
COMIRNATY is the APPROVED version... which "will NOT BE IN PRODUCTION UNTIL 2023." Therefore the CURRENT version is extended under EMERGENCY use restrictions until such time as the approved COMIRNATY is in production.
If this vaccine were "approved fully", they would make this a literal, "you are ORDERED TO get the vaccine, NO excuses period." They have not done that because they CAN'T do it legally. And now they are resorting to not just coercion but intimidation and threats to try and FORCE everyone to do so.
I seriously am starting to think they are now doing what this headline says because they WANT to reduce active duty military to only those willing to just accept what they are told regardless if it is a LEGAL order or not. They want to remove anyone that will not do anything they tell them to do.
And just wait.. if manpower levels get low enough... we could be in a real world of hurt...
Regardless, this is wrong.. utterly and completely wrong.

I agree with you, this is overboard... but I tend to wonder if most of these people just want out of the military.... anyway, I do hope they turn this law around before it gets out of hand...

SPC Nancy Greene FDA approval is not an opinion. It either is or it isn’t. And despite the insanity posted above that is little more than a semantic trick, the Pfizer vaccine is fully FDA approved as shown on the FDA’s website.
