MSG (Join to see) this lack of response by the school system is appalling. The superintendent should be charged as an accessory to this Capitol crime! ... just my two cents

I don't mind when judges are lenient on non-violent crimes, but it does bother me when they are violent crimes.

There are no "close ties" detailed in this article. Just fellow Democrats campaigning for each other. That is life in politics, not "close ties."

"ties to progressive megadonor George Soros and Democratic Virginia gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliff"

It is a pattern that is seen throughout the US of donors such as Soros who threw a lot of money into certain races to elect progressive prosecutors that support social programs more that criminal law.
In this case, you have a 15 year old trans female that sexually assaulted a female in the girls bathroom. The rape was reported and instead of taking steps to ensure this wouldn't happen again, the school transferred the trans female to a different school where he raped another female.
The problem with the above is obvious. Being a trans female/male doesn't mean a person is gay. While everyone should be able to be whoever they identify as, allowing juveniles to freely share bathrooms and showers with someone born of the opposite sex will inevitably have the above results at some time or another.
When you have identified someone as a sexual predator such as the first rape, it is absolutely asinine to allow it to occur a second time.
Everyone involved in the decision to allow the trans female to go to a different school and not be in jail deserves to lose their job.

I am in full agreement with you. Bad situation that has been made worse by politicians. The dad is rightfully pissed off. And the community should be pissed off on the dad's behalf.

Just saying that the article (and so many like it) tries to tie together people with tenuous ties at best. Democrats campaign for Democrats, it's what they do. Republicans campaign for Republicans. It's what THEY do. That doesn't mean "close ties" or really even "ties" beyond being in the same party.
