It's a hope, EVs will be slow to come online, no matter how bad I want one. I don't drive enough to need one. Between the subway and walking I drive my car only on the weekends and that's to get out of the city. When the used EVs come down to 8-15k with a range of at least 250 I'll consider then. I never buy cars regardless of ev or ice new.

PFC (Join to see) Unfortunately "Public" transportation in Kansas City is not that Impressive. Here Folks are still all about their "God Given Right to Drive". I do Miss the Public Transportation in DC and London.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel The public transit in Philadelphia is mediocre at best. It's easily navigable but it's no where like it was before covid. I prefer walking then taking public. If it's too cold I'll drive. I prefer cars to public I just see the convenience of public transit. Once electric is affordable I'll probably never take public again. Septa doesn't keep up with the stations be it bus or rail. Depending on day of the week or time of day it's not safe. Homeless bombard the transits. Give one money you've gotta give them all money. A woman was raped on the market Frankford like a few weeks ago at night. Yea I only use it as a this is how I'm doing my part to help the enjvirment. Once I get an eletric car I'm still walking, biking, and or driving everywhere. Unless where I need to go is extremely convenient to a station.
