There are at least 3 ways to improve the process of helping those with PTSD.
- We need an SOP on how units facilitate and treat their PTSD people.
- We need to explain the MEB process because it is all new and confusing.
- Most of the therapists have no clue what PTSD people think and go through. I don't know the fix.

Mentally struggling people are put here if they are truthful, hence they are not truthful to save there careers, or their world wide deployable status. The DOD pushes it every few years but nothing changes.
