Giving Kyle Rittenhouse Basic Due Process Is Not a Scandal

Nothing I have seen shows any self-defense. I am biased. I am biased against vigilantes thinking they are above the law simply because they are white. If rittenhouse was black, so many people would be calling for his swift execution.

SrA John Monette - Wrong. This could have been a piece of shit white supremacist bearing down on a black kid protecting a business too and I would still say self defense. Would you still call it murder? The fact is, what happened to Rittenhouse has nothing to do with race. The city of Kenosha was a 2nd home to Rittenhouse as his father and friends live there. The fact that he chose to protect the businesses is not something I would recommended or encourage my kids to do, but I see how he was trying to do something positive. Regardless, there was absolutely zero reason Rosenbaum had to chase him down and threaten him. NONE... These riots weren't just vandalizing, they were trying destroy businesses. That much is evident from Rosenbaum himself as he tried to lead an effort to roll a burning trash bin into a gas station.

Rittenhouse is not a hero. He is a kid that got in over his head and unfortunately found himself in a situation where he was forced to defend himself. Rosenbaum is also no hero, he was a violent rioter with obvious anger issues, who decided to single out and pick on an armed kid for no reason.

Challenge them to a skateboard skate off
