Not allowing them to testify as subject matter experts. What a load of BS florida is dishing out now. Are they afraid the experts are right???

No really. Not allowing them to take a paid job contrary to the state. If you read UF's statement, this is outside employment - they would be paid for their testimony.
Solution: They volunteer their service as experts. Now it is not outside employment.
Solution: The Plaintiff subpoena these experts (or they join as plaintiffs). Now their testimony is compulsory (also, not paid), and also not subject to this UF rule.
Their testimony is not blocked. They just can't get PAID to act against the state who employs them. Seems pretty reasonable to me.
