The plot thickens. The sad part of this entire mandate President Biden and his Administration put in place is that by the time it is ruled unconstitutional the damage will have been done with no recourse.

Vaccine is a choice and shouldn't be a mandate; Government can make vaccination necessary for taking air travel, boarding rail transportation and movement across state lines, etc. Don't mandate vaccination, but make vaccination mandatory for specific purposes.
