SGM (Join to see) - I disagree with what you are saying... Biden implied that minorities were equal to whites in intelligence, of course it would come down to each individual person.... it would be racist to imply that one was smarter because of the color of their skin....

I also disagree with you outlook on CRT... I believe it is a study of why there are so many more black people being unfairly treated by the police.... and they are, it's obvious, when you take a black college graduate that has never been in trouble in his life, but he has been detained and searched 10 times where a white graduate had never been searched who had not been in trouble....

Here is the definition.... Critical race theory
Critical race theory is a framework of analysis and an academic movement of civil-rights scholars and activists who seek to examine the intersection of race and law in the United States and to challenge mainstream American liberal approaches to racial justice. CRT examines social, cultural, and legal issues primarily as they relate to race and racism in the U.S.. A tenet of CRT is that racism and disparate racial outcomes are the result of complex, changing, and often subtle social and institutional dynamics, rather than explicit and intentional prejudices of individuals.

PFC David Foster that was exactly Biden's implication. "... as smart as White kids." Are all White kids smart? Are they smart because they are White? And if neither of those is true, why is it necessary to include "White", or any other skin color, when talking about how smart kids are?

As to your definition of CRT, that's the sanitized version. Once you assign Victim and Oppressor labels, it's no longer theoretical, or a problem of society. It's assignment of roles based on skin color. That's absolutely unconscionable, and I can't believe any think, honest, inclusive person can say those words with a straight face.

SGM (Join to see) - I happen to believe all kids are smart.... he was implying that white kids are not smarter because they are white....
It was the computer definition of CRT.
We should just agree to disagree.... it's obvious neither of us is going to change out minds...

PFC David Foster I think the obvious problems with applying Victim and Oppressor labels based on skin color is massively worse than whether Biden is a racist, or is just a poor speaker.

However as you say, we aren't going to convince the other.

Your shares Dale, as of late, are one-sided in favor of the GOP or damming the DNC. Neither party is worth the trouble actually. We need a third front to create a more down to earth and transparent approach.

SGM (Join to see), thanks for your insights; however, I believe in the third front SGM.

CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana I'm a Libertarian. I don't trust the Reps any more than the Dems. A viable third party is needed, not that I expect one to appear, even my own.

My point remains, that complaining that one side is biased is a waste of time, if you don't call out the other side for being biased.

SGM (Join to see), both Democrats and Republicans are self-serving parties; the promises are facades to buy votes cheaply ahead of elections. Once in office, these promises will take the backseat until we start closing in on the next election. Trump lied and undermined rules to satisfy his own ego. Biden hasn't taken any firm stand on Federal Student Loan forgiveness yet. The FSA is operating in the same fabric as the Trump Administration. What's the difference?

CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana if Biden isn't currently taking a firm stand on loan forgiveness, it's because he's forgotten his last stand. But this isn't a one issue thing. Biden is apparently OK with requiring citizens to be vaccinated, while permitting unvaccinated illegal aliens, about 10% of those tested showing positive for Covid, to cross into the country and travel unchecked. Further our M2 money supply now exceeds $20 trillion, which means ever increasing inflation. I can put up with a lot of lying and mean tweets if I could avoid those.

But given that you said both parties, why is it that you keep giving a pass to the Dems? I'm not a Trump fan, and I'll gladly call him out for what he did wrong. I still think he did a LOT LESS damage to our economy and our country in 4 years, than Biden has in 10 months.
