A single frame only shows a very short slice of time. What was the incidental movement going on, where were Kyle's hands? It's akin to taking a written phrase out of context.

A) juror 54 requested on behalf of the jury. That does not mean juror 54 was the one who actually wanted to see.

B) we are *really* grasping at straws, here. What phrase would you like instead? Reading WAY too much into two words

Rogue juror? BULL. It was a QUESTION and I fail to see how anyone can ASSUME the juror's viewpoint from a simple note.
