LA seems to be plagued with problems. I hear they are running out of water; they are always worried about falling off the edge of the world right into the ocean, and now, they need somebody to prepare for the problems brought on by global warming. It seems to be more than a threat already.

Hydrate, do not drink alcohol in a Jacuzzi. Do not be a weido and wear a hoodie on hot days.

How do you stay hydrated if there isn't enough water? What's "weird" about wearing a hooded sweatshirt on a hot day? Maybe the person has a condition that makes them cold-natured. What may be hot to you might not be hot to another person. One man's "weird" is another man's fashion statement.
