The court awarding the money and the plaintiff getting the money are two different things. The guilty will probably move to another state and steal some dead person's identity.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel They won... but the Federal charges was a hung jury. The attorneys are going to pursue that & another that was deadlocked.

A wise jury as civil litigation requires less of a burden of proof. Not sure that the the wrongdoers have this amount of money?
