You don't even know for sure Biden knew who Kyle Rittenhouse was at the time he was giving the speech. No telling who put the poster there. What happened at the Wauesha parade was horrific by anybody's measure. The person who needs to be looked at is the person who let the driver out on bail.

That makes his comment all that much worse. That would mean he slandered someone without knowing who, what, when, or where. He just jumped on the bandwagon.
