I am sick of these rightwing parents getting away with raising storm troopers. We all know who homeland security thinks is the biggest threat to america.

So, his parents supported Donnie. Is there really any surprise here? Ah, NO!
My extreme and heart felt condolences to the families of the dead and wounded. This is supposed to be the joyous time of year.

What happened here is absolutely horrific and the kid needs to be put away for life, but terrorism? I understand how the prosecutor is trying to define terrorism, but it does not meet the legal definition as defined by our government agencies, nor should it be used in this case:

Here’s the Michigan statute:

“ (a) "Act of terrorism" means a willful and deliberate act that is all of the following:
(i) An act that would be a violent felony under the laws of this state, whether or not committed in this state.
(ii) An act that the person knows or has reason to know is dangerous to human life.
(iii) An act that is intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population or influence or affect the conduct of government or a unit of government through intimidation or coercion”

See now I disagree with this portion of the MI law as written (I think it's incomplete):
"(a) "Act of terrorism" means a willful and deliberate act that is all of the following:
(i) An act that would be a violent felony under the laws of this state, whether or not committed in this state.
(ii) An act that the person knows or has reason to know is dangerous to human life.
(iii) An act that is intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population or influence or affect the conduct of government or a unit of government through intimidation or coercion"

I still think it's a stretch to say this kid is doing any of this. What about a Bank robber in a crowded bank who shoots the teller in the process to get the other one to move quicker?
