400 million dollars ain't much money to fight Russia with. I think we ought to give them another billion or two, maybe a big ship load of big boy toys and stay on this side of the ocean.

1SG Dan Capri - Unfortunately, if we put boots on the ground, it will be like always, mostly a bunch of 18-to-25-year-old young fellows with a few old timers to lead them.
