Thanks Brother Eugene. I’ve recently been researching Jesus’ name. Since Mary spoke Aramaic, that was the language used by the Messenger to tell her of her Son’s coming birth. So she would heard that His name would be called “Yeshua”. The same word would have been recorded in Greek. And in Latin, it would have been recorded as Jesu (pronounced “Yay-Su”. I contend that Mary actually heard the Messenger say His name as “Ya Su”, a short form of Yah Way’s Son, or “Yaway” meaning “God” and “Su” meaning “Son”.
