Tragic chain of events ma'am, but as the report says, they couldn't see into the dressing room, and rounds are known to over shoot there intended mark Lt Col Charlie Brown

Maybe if you don’t know what you’re shooting at you shouldn’t be f*cking pulling the trigger.

Bullets tend to travel thru the victim and beyond hitting anything or anyone behind the target. People need to know whats behind the target before firing. Sometimes you don't have the time to check out whats behind the individual as it could cost you your life.
