Y'all need to recognize sarcasm better.
The lady is asked to take any seat and comes back with "What am I, Rosa Parks?" The only way that's "invoking" the memory of Rosa Parks is sarcastic contrast unless you're an overly assertive white guy who obviously doesn't remember that Rosa Parks refused to stand up, not sit down.
And my sympathy for the "victim" is seriously diminished by his belligerence - riling up the woman by throwing a variety of insults (including p***y and b***h). During the part of the incident that was recorded, he was being at least as belligerent as her and continued with the vulgar insults even after she was being physically restrained.

She battered an 80-year-old because of what he said--I have zero sympathy for her.

I'm not defending fisticuffs in flight, Capt Gregory Prickett, but my copy of Bouncers' Rules of Disbarment says that idiots egging on drunks share the blame for starting the fight. No waivers for being an octogenarian.
His words (at the 10-second mark): "God d**n it, I'll talk you you any f**king way I want to!"
His response to "Did you just call me a b***ch?": "Yes I did!"
And that was when she slapped him.
Slapped, not punched, Capt Gregory Prickett. Pretty much the way I would expect to be slapped by a woman if I had just said that.
