LIVE! Secondary Mirror Deployed - James Webb Tracker! #NASA #WEBB

Good Thursday morning, my Brothers and Sisters! Beautiful day in the Boston area today with lots of sunshine right now, but expected to become partly cloudy later... Storm warning is up though as an overnight snow storm is about to pass through... Dang!!!

The James Webb Space Telescope is doing remarkably well this morning having achieved 68.69 % of the trek to the L2 Lagrange Point, which now is only 281,379 miles further! That said, the secondary mirror deployment was an outstanding success and is in its operational position at the end of the structure...(watch the animation in the lower center of the video...)

Let us all hope and pray that all continues to go well for this marvelous JWST!!!
