A reflective Belt??? I know its from duffle bag, but really? What the H3!! is wrong with their radar & sonar systems? LOL!

Wonder what the purpose of that Tug Boat? BTW, submarines don’t normally collide on surface, but with underwater objects. Reflective belts are difficult to see when submerged.
