Could be anything. Probably election related but may not be nefarious (at least any more nefarious than what we already know). Unless we get someone to tell us what was said, it is more of an interesting factoid.

1SG (Join to see) - I suspect it was how they could find a way to stay in power. I could be wrong, but likely something in that slant. It could have been how they could pressure state election certifications officials or members of congress. We know they did that.
