On the surface this makes a lot of sense to me. Devil always in the details but any effort to help our Brothers and Sisters in Arms is worth a try in my book

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. Does this mean the VA's budget is going to get bigger by powers of 10? Will there be new new Hospitals and clinics built around the country? Will it be easier to get a C&P? What's going to happen with disability ratings? What about spouses and children? There won't be any savings realized if the Veteran has to maintain civilian Health insurance to cover their families. On the surface it sounds great.
