I agree she should not have been where she was and doing what she was doing. That doesn't make it a "clean" shoot.
Do you have a source that gives the Capitol Police ROE? That states that it is OK to use deadly force when there is no imminent danger to the police officer?
Do you have a source that shows Ms. Babbit was an imminent threat to anyone?
If, so I'll be more than happy to change my mind.
