PO1 Tony Holland Yep that can be a Problem, Peat Dries Out, Allows Oxygen In and things start breaking down. Hopefully they can save more before that happens.

Well, the good news is this warming has allowed fine champagne to be produced in UK, the bad news is they will lose a lot of history.
