"FORT BRAGG, N.C. — After months of complaints from spouses regarding employment opportunities and low morale at the Garrison town hall meetings, senior leaders from across the installation have decided the most "All American" thing they can do is to open the Army's first on-base strip club.

The leader of the Family Readiness Group, Alexis McCarter was the main driver. “Our applications keep getting denied by USA Jobs and we’re tired of being called ‘dependas,’ so we need more opportunities for young spouses to prove our value to this community” McCarter said. “Military spouses have an unemployment rate that is six times that of the civilian population."

“Hopefully this will kill two birds with one stone” said Sgt. Maj. Ethan Meadows. “This is our chance to not only provide more employment opportunities, but we can also lower the number of new privates that are getting married to the exotic dancers off base without being counseled by their leadership first.”

Details are still in the works, but the club is expected to be fully operational no later than the end of 2021. Senior leaders are still discussing who will be in charge of the club.

“We’re still trying to figure out who will take the lead roles for talent management as well as maintaining the operation, but so far Morale, Welfare, and Recreation are the only ones who have volunteered to be in charge” said the garrison commander, Col. Jonathon Caster.

Fort Bragg’s Director of MWR is excited for the chance to help increase the morale around the installation. “This will definitely bring in more money than the gift-wrapping donations from the PX,” said director Elliott Curby.

Feedback has been very positive from the members of the family readiness group in attendance. “I am ecstatic that the Army is finally giving me a chance to shake my money maker and actually make money,” said Annalise Broderick. “Hopefully I won’t have to remind them who my husband is.”

If the club is deemed successful, Fort Bragg may move forward with plans for a car sales lot on base where new soldiers will only be charged 21 percent APR, as opposed to 30 percent off base."

Ever since Hay Street was ‘cleaned’ up the strip clubs in Fayetteville have almost disappeared. Maybe this will provide opportunities for both Military and dependents...lol
