No question is stupid, if it is asked seeking knowledge.
They teased it up with a special comb, lots of hair spray and a hair drier. Watched enough girlfriends and classmates do it. For Miss Dayne's hair, they used a crimping iron or really small rollers to make the tresses. What can I say? I was from the original MTV Generation.
