There is no need to conjure anything when trump himself spells it out in his own words.
You speak of casual belli, he is the one that continues to try and rally his deaf and dumb followers into violence with anyone that he perceives as standing against him. Which is exactly what a dictator would do! And even with seeing it with your own eyes, hearing with your own ears you, and so many other people, still follow and worship the man.
Sometimes I wonder who needs more help trump or his followers.
