People need to get over the idea that our weapons systems and troops are infallible. Any time you intermingle terrorist troops with civilians there's bound to be "collateral damage."

The only pin point accuracy is a sniper on the ground which is pretty often impossible.

The target of the raid used a suicide vest that killed several of the non combatants.
