Bring in a python. It will get rid of all rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats, and rats.

Good stuff right there. Being as common in the Pentagon as dollar bills in a strip club, I can just see a 2/3-Star deciding to use an entire army of E-7/8/9's and JO's to chase that rabbit around to try to catch it.
